What Happens Next

We will acknowledge your complaint promptly, usually within 5 working days. Your complaint will be investigated thoroughly and fairly. We will keep you updated on the progress of your complaint and aim to resolve all complaints as quickly as possible.

Final Response

We will provide you with a final written response within 8 weeks of receiving your complaint. This will include the outcome of our investigation, whether your complaint has been upheld, and details of any action we will take.

If You Are Not Satisfied

If you are not satisfied with our final response, or if 8 weeks have passed since you made your complaint, you may have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
